Making a Living from Your Side Hustle
I've taken my side hustle which helps entrepreneurs test their business ideas and create messaging that resonates with customers, to a full-time venture. In this talk, I will talk you through the early stages of developing an idea and how to validate this idea with potential customers, through to building on this by monetising and transitioning away from a side-hustle to a full-time venture.

As an ILM5 qualified coach, I mentor leaders, founders, and product development teams, emphasising data-driven, evidence-based approaches to business and product strategy and building innovation cultures. This presentation is a no-fluff, deeply personal exploration of what it really takes to move from the stability of a corporate job to the rollercoaster ride of a start-up. Vladimir Baranov, a founder, coach, and veteran of fintech and space-tech startups, shares the mindset shifts, tactical preparations, and gut-check moments that define this transition. You'll get a candid look at what it's like to go from having a clearly defined role to wearing every hat. He breaks down how to prepare mentally and financially, build early momentum, and learn by doing.
